Maintenance of the site is performed by Call Connection Limited. The product providers are contractually bound to Call Connection Limited to provide quotations to the site, for the purposes of obtaining the comparison service.

The Product Providers

The products offered on the website are provided by a carefully selected panel of companies, selected to offer a range of products to accommodate all types of risk and requirements. All product providers have signed an agreement allowing them to provide a comparison service on the website. The agreement signed sets out the terms required by the product providers to ensure they process your data legally and fairly. If you purchase a product from the provider through the comparison service site, you shall be contractually bound with the provider company, not with Call Connection Limited. Any queries, issues, claims or complaints you may have about the product you have bought should be directed to the provider. i4insurance.co.uk is purely a comparison website and it is your responsibility to ensure that the products and services offered by the providers and their related terms and conditions are suitable for your needs.

Terms of Use

Nothing within this website is, or shall be deemed to constitute, financial or other advice or a recommendation to purchase any product or service. Any and all information provided within the website is for general information purposes only. We strongly recommend that independent professional advice is obtained before you purchase any product and/or service via this website.

Your responsibility:

• 4. Depending on the comparison service you require, the website may have some special requirements: for example, for a motor insurance comparison you are required to be a UK resident. By completing the forms and submitting a comparison request, you are adhering to the requirements of the providers on the site. It is your responsibility to check their full terms and conditions before purchasing a product.

What we will do:

• 1. The service is dependent on the availability of the product providers’ web services. As long as their systems are working properly, we shall provide a secure online comparison service, which will return results within 2 minutes of your request.
• 2. We shall email your search results to you. You will also have the facility to click through to your preferred provider and purchase the product, request a call to discuss your product, receive an email from the provider top of the comparison list or;
• 3. Call Connection Limited reserves the right to provide a courtesy call to you. This call may be made to check the level of service you have received and / or to transfer you to one or more of the companies who have offered a quotation to you.
• 4. We will not provide you any specific advice or a recommendation on a product. The product list made available to you will be based entirely on the data you submit and the acceptance of your risk data by the companies on the panel. The more ‘high risk’ or ‘non standard’ your risk classification , classified by the product providers not us, the fewer prices you are likely to receive. In some cases you may not receive a quotation at all, however, all efforts are made to ensure a panel which will cover as many risks in the market as possible.

Liability

It is your responsibility to enter all details correctly, in full and accurately and to check all details once a product or service has been purchased. If there are any errors, these must be reported to the company from whom you have bought the product or service. Call Connection Limited exclude all liability, which by law we can exclude, in respect of all losses you may incur. Nothing in this condition excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for any fraudulent misrepresentations given by any employees of Call Connection Limited. We give no warranties or representations regarding the products or services offered by the providers and nor do we warrant the availability or otherwise of this website.

The protection of your data is very important to us. We will only use your information in ways that are fair and in accordance with this section. When processing your comparison services request on the website, you are providing consent for Call Connection to store your data to enable them to provide the service. We may also share your data with third party marketing providers. If you do wish us to do so please select this option on the web service form.
